Use of this site
Content on this site is general information about our treats and décor. Do not use the site in any way that violates the law or interferes with its operation.
Quotes, orders and pricing
Submitting an order through this website is a request, not a confirmed order. Your order is confirmed only when Jayce’s Treats approves it in writing. Any total shown on the site is an estimate; the final total is the one confirmed on approval. Confirm deposit, change and cancellation terms
Food and allergies
Please tell us about allergies and dietary needs before you order. Add allergen and kitchen statement, reviewed by attorney
Cottage food
Jayce’s Treats operates as a Texas cottage food production operation. Products are made in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the Texas Department of State Health Services or a local health department. Confirm cottage food disclosure wording and placement with the client’s attorney
Pickup, delivery and cancellation
Pickup and delivery arrangements are confirmed when your order is approved. Confirm change, cancellation and refund policy
Communications
By giving us your contact details, you agree we may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Texting terms are in our Privacy Policy.
