All questions
Ordering & booking
How do I place an order?
Use the basket builder on the site. Pick your treats and quantities, add your colors and theme, choose pickup or delivery and a date, then send it. You will get an email confirming it arrived.
How far ahead should I order?
The earlier the better, especially for balloon arches and weekend parties. Seven days is the usual lead time; ask about anything sooner.
How do I pay?
Choose cash or card when you order. Jayce confirms the arrangement when your order is approved. Online card payment is planned for later. A 50% deposit confirms the date, balance due at handover.
Can I change my order after booking?
Get in touch as soon as you can and we will do what we can. Changes up to 5 days ahead; cancellations 7 or more days ahead refund the deposit in full.
Is there a minimum order?
It depends on the treat. One dozen per treat, two dozen per order.
Is my order confirmed as soon as I send it?
No. Sending the form is a request. Jayce reviews it against the date and the quantities, then approves it or comes back with a question. You will get an email either way. Orders are reviewed within 24 hours.
Are the prices on the site final?
The site shows an estimate. The final total, including any delivery fee, is confirmed when your order is approved.
The treats
Can you match my colors and theme?
Yes. Everything is made for your celebration, so the treats and the arch follow your colors and theme.
Which flavors do you offer?
Flavor options are being finalized. Cake pops come in vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, funfetti and red velvet. Dipped treats come in white, milk or dark chocolate.
Can you handle dietary requests?
Tell us about any dietary needs in your notes and we’ll let you know what we can do.
Can I send an inspiration photo?
Please do. Mention it in your plan and we’ll ask for it when we reply.
What is a cake cookie?
A cookie made with a cake-style batter, so it bakes up soft and cakey rather than chewy. We make them in Fruity Pebbles and Oreo.
